Forward Thinking: Creating Future Directions

Description

Forward Thinking: Creating Future Directions

Building upon the insights from our first two sessions, Session 3 will focus on strategizing for the future. "Forward Thinking: Creating Future Directions" aims to translate our members' identified needs and expectations into actionable plans and innovative strategies for the Advocacy Leadership Network.

During this session, we will:

  • Develop a vision and mission statement that encapsulates our collective goals.
  • Create a roadmap for future advocacy initiatives and projects.
  • Establish committees and working groups to drive specific areas of our advocacy efforts.
  • Foster collaboration and commitment among network members to ensure sustained momentum.

Join us as we chart the course for the future of advocacy in North Carolina. Your participation and leadership are essential in shaping a proactive, inclusive, and impactful Advocacy Leadership Network.
