Open enrollment for Medicaid Managed Care Opens Statewide

Open enrollment for Medicaid Managed Care will begin statewide on Monday, Oct. 14, 2019. Enrollment packets were mailed to Medicaid beneficiaries to help them choose and enroll in a Medicaid Managed Care health plan, and select a primary care provider from the health plan’s network. Enrollment packets include:

Beneficiaries in 27 counties started enrolling July 15, and those in the remaining 73 counties will able to enroll starting Oct. 14, 2019. Open enrollment will close statewide Dec. 13, 2019. Medicaid Managed Care benefits are scheduled to begin Feb. 1, 2020.
