This Summit, hosted by WorkTogether NC and the Tammy Lynn Center, will explore transition, daily living skills, employment, self-advocacy, education & housing.
Transitioning to and through adulthood shouldn't feel like navigating a map without a compass. The IDD Resource Summit is a place for families and self-advocates to gather essential resources and connect with a community that prioritizes dignity and long-term well-being.
