Description
The North Carolina Association of Public Community Health Plans' Winter Conference will mark a new chapter for the event formerly known as the i2i Conference and will be hosted for the first time by the Association. The conference will highlight practical whole-person care strategies and demonstrate meaningful integrated care across mental health, physical health, I/DD, community-based services, and social supports.
