Join NC Medicaid's Lunch & Learn for an overview of the North Carolina Strategic Housing Plan, a five‑year roadmap designed to expand community‑based housing opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Josh Walker, Olmstead Housing Director in the Olmstead Office/Office of the Secretary, will walk participants through the plan’s focus on people receiving or eligible for NCDHHS‑funded services who are experiencing homelessness, living in congregate settings, or at risk of entering these settings. He will also highlight how the plan builds on ongoing Olmstead efforts within NCDHHS, including Transitions to Community Living (TCL) and Money Follows the Person (MFP).
